It was with sadness that we learned of the passing of Stanley Woods, former Musical Director of the Glynde and Beddingham Brass Band.

Stan was MD for many years and was much loved and highly regarded by those who played in the band.

Stan was formerly Co-Principal Trumpet of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and a brilliant musician. Our thoughts are with Vera and the family.
